Last Wednesday, I held up a morning coffee at my house for all II Class instructors of RMC Duntroon. The purpose of this gathering is to introduce them my newborn baby; Nur Zahra Raudhah, my wife, my mom and mother in law, as well as the Malay culture. The menus for that day was roti canai with dall and beef curry, nasi lemak sambal bilis and some agar-agar. The menus had been prepared by my mom and my mother in law...I wasn't totally involved in the kitchen except just helping them to serve the food on the table..hehehehe. About 28 of them turned out at my house and they were so happy to taste the Malay food..especially the beef curry and roti canai...SOLD OUT maa!
